Silk Screen Safety Vests
Silk screen printing is a stencil method of decoration that pushes permanent inks through a screen onto your safety vest fabric. Our silk screen machine can accommodate up to four different color inks. We recommend silk screen printing for large quantity safety vest orders (12 vests or more), for orders requiring more than one ink color, and for custom orders with shorter deadlines. Silk screen is the most popular printing method for custom safety vests because of its cost-effective pricing and ink durability. There is a 12-vest minimum order on silk screen vests.

Vinyl CAD Cut Safety Vests
Vinyl CAD cut printing produces a cut-out of your text or logo from a sheet of special vinyl and then heat presses the design onto your safety vest. While we offer CAD cutting for small quantities of safety vests (less than 12 vests) and custom safety vest orders with printing on the front, we CAD cut for orders of any size. We recomvmend this customization option for printing on mesh safety vests, because unlike ink, the vinyl material lays over top of the mesh holes, leaving clear, concise lines in your text. This method is also ideal for nighttime workers, as our silver reflective vinyl improves visbility. There is no minimum order on vinyl CAD cut vests.

Embroidered Safety Vests
Embroidery converts your two-dimensional artwork into stitches or thread on the safety vest of your choice. We recommend embroidery for large quantity safety vest orders (12 vests or more) and for orders requiring mulitiple colors. Price is based on size of artwork and on stitch count.
